My foot hurts.

Mina calls me and while holding her foot says "Mom my foot hurts."  Me "Oh, did you poke it or scratch it?"  Mina "No, it's like a brain freeze."  I'm not really sure how you get a brain in your foot, but I guess when you are 5, anything is possible.

Misi's Fall 2011 Semester

Here is my schedule this semester:

Anatomy and Physiology 202, Lecture and Lab
Chemistry 130, Lecture and Lab
Math 120

Last semester of pre-reqs.  I can now apply for the nursing program and take the HESI.  Yeah!

2011-2012 School Year.

My last childs first day of school, mixed emotions fill this mother.  I am so happy for her and I thought I wouls be so happy for me. I am to a point but, it's my baby going to school.  Mina I love you.  Thanks for keeping me and gma Litch company for so long, but now it's time for me to let you grow, like Pace and Kali.

 My sweet Kali, 3rd grade here you come. So happy you have Mrs. Spalding like Pace did. She is a great teacher and you will do well. Love you!

Pace, you are in 5th grade now, where did the time go?  You get to start band this year, how exciting.  You will do great with the clarinet I just know it.  This is about as serious a picture I can get out of you these days.  Thanks for bring laughs to our home.  Love you son.

I love this sweet girl.  She makes us all so happy.  She is the first to offer help and

she is becoming a very good cook.

Happy 5th of July - Haboob baby!

Haboob: GI-normous wall of moving dust! We just survived an Haboob here at the house. The girls were freaking out a bit, but they got over it.

Thankfully it wasn't last night or else we wouldn't have been able to set of fireworks.
It was 8 to 10 thousand, yes I said thousand feet high, 70 miles wide and the wind was blowing at 68 miles per hour.  It was awe inspiring.

July 4th 2011

After a day of swimming, food and fun at Uncle Bryan and Aunt Diane's new house with a pool, we came home and set off several fireworks.
